Privacy
This page explains what data is collected when you visit this website, what it is used for, and what rights you have.
In short
No tracking, no advertising cookies, no sharing of data for advertising. If you just look around, you leave nothing behind apart from the host's technical logs.
No Google Fonts and no third-party scripts are loaded either — fonts and images come from this domain.

With its German, French and Italian pages, this website also addresses people in the European Union. Processing is therefore subject to the European General Data Protection Regulation (Art. 3(2) GDPR), even though the provider is based in Madagascar.
Visiting the website
The website is hosted by Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA, with data centres in Europe). When you open a page, technical log data is created there: IP address, time, the address requested, browser and operating system, and the referring page.
The purpose is to deliver the site, keep it secure and diagnose faults. The basis is the legitimate interest in a working and protected website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare acts as a processor.
Language selection
On your first visit the site shows the language your browser reports. If it reports English, the site additionally asks once for the country code that Cloudflare already knows, so that it can offer German, French or Italian. The country code is not stored.
Your language choice is kept in your browser's local storage (entry "preferred-language-v2") and does not leave your device.
Contact form
The form collects your name, email address and message, plus optionally your country, the tours you are interested in, your travel dates and the type of group.
The sole purpose is to answer your enquiry. The basis is the preparation of a contract or the legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Cloudflare (processing the form request) and Resend (Resend, Inc., delivery via data centres in Ireland) are involved along the way. The message then arrives in a Gmail mailbox, which transfers data to Google, a company also based in the USA.
The enquiry is kept for as long as it is needed to answer it and to handle any follow-up questions. No automated decision-making takes place.
Visitor numbers
To see how many people visit the site and which tours are of interest, Cloudflare Web Analytics is used. It evaluates page views, country, device, browser and the referring page — in aggregate, without cookies and without any script in your browser.
The data is not combined with other sources, and no attempt is made to identify individuals. The basis is the legitimate interest in understanding and improving the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Storage in your browser
This website sets no cookies. Only two things are stored in your browser's local storage: your language choice and a note that the tour finder has already been shown.
Both stay on your device and can be deleted in your browser settings at any time.
Links to other services
The site links to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and Google Maps. A connection to those providers is only made once you click one of those links. Their own privacy terms then apply.
Your rights
You can request access to your data (Art. 15 GDPR), have it corrected (Art. 16) or deleted (Art. 17), restrict the processing (Art. 18), have your data transferred (Art. 20) and object to the processing (Art. 21).
An email to nosybefamillytrip@gmail.com is enough.
You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, usually the one where you live.
